Your task

You control all technical-operative frameworks across groups and make sure that construction projects are located economically, qualitatively and strategically in the target corridor You are a technical Sparring partner of the management and evaluate construction processes, equipment requirements, drilling and application technology as well as the plausibility of operational requirements You define technical standards and guidelines for civil engineering, pipeline construction, horizontal drilling technology and the laying of all supply and disposal lines (water, gas, electricity, TK) Through a higher-level control and policy function, you can ensure and develop processes, systems and uniform standards for all operating companies continuously by ensuring the quality of the six-stage construction process – from the supply phase to the warranty. You build a group-wide quality management system and secure its effective implementation through audits, analyses and action management You’re active in offering strategies, complex calculations, awards, as well as in technical contract and supplement management at group level with You control the strategic allocation of resources and capacities across groups – including construction machines and special equipment (e.g. HDD drilling equipment) – in close coordination with the subsidiaries You advance the digitization of technical and quality-relevant processes, represent the group inwards and externally and significantly shape their technical development with

You have a degree in civil engineering or in a comparable engineering course with a strong relation to civil engineering or management engineering You have experience in a technical leadership or control role, ideally with group-wide or cross-site responsibility framework You bring well-founded experience in deep and line construction – preferably in pipeline construction, cable line deep construction or in the laying of supply lines You ideally have knowledge or project experience in the energy/ustility environment (water, gas, electricity, telecommunications) You are safe in dealing with the VOB and have experience in technical contract and supplementary management You can evaluate technical questions, construction processes and device requirements methodically clean and derive stressable recommendations for management You have experience in building, implementing and controlling processes as well as applying a quality management system – including audits and KPI-based control You negotiate with a strong self-initiative, enforcing strength and flexibility and combine this with a clear, value-adding leadership style as well as high technical and analytical skills.
