Plant electrician (m/f/d)

We, the Geraer Heimbetriebsgesellschaft mbH, the regionally largest non-profit urban enterprise in the field of stationary care, as well as child and youth assistance, are looking for an operating electrician.

Tasks:

• Reinstallation, expansion and disassembly of electrical installations and lighting technology on buildings in indoor and outdoor areas
• Verification of local and stationary electrical equipment, installations and equipment with documentation of the tests carried out
• troubleshooting of electrical systems and installations and their elimination
• Cause analysis with preventive measures for the safe and trouble-free operation of plants and installations
• Cooperation with foreign companies in repairs, ongoing inspections and maintenance
• compliance with relevant safety regulations

Requirements:

• completed vocational training in the field of electrical engineering
• Professional experience in the care and maintenance of electrical installations in a comparable environment
• Class B licence
• read, understand and update current schedules,
• craft skills such as soldering, welding and metal machining,
• independent and responsible operation
• Team and communication skills, flexibility and training
• Ability to analyse complex issues and develop solutions
• good PC skills/ safe handling of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Outlook
