Our therapeutic group**‘Nika’ in Königswinter accompanies young women at the age of 14 to 18 years with psychic diseases on the way to more stability, self-confidence and self-determination. Together with the multiprofessional team you create a safe everyday life and support the young people with pedagogical expertise, Empathie and clear structures according to the DBT-A concept**.

Your New Task

• Begleitung and Support of young people in everyday life
• Daily reflection talks with young people
• Structure, planning and implementation of Realtime activities and Ferienfreizeiten**
• Coordination of appointments
• Crise interventions and Help planning
• Cooperation with parents, guardians, youth offices, schools and employment offices
• Cooperation with external therapists

Your profile

• Completed training for the state-recognized Header / Healing Career / Youth and Home Education (w/m/d) or
• Completed study of Social Work / Social Education / Education or
• Comparable qualifications
• Pre-experience in the area of work with mentally ill people of advantage
• Systemic or therapeutic additional training desirable
• **Value-estimating attitude towards young people and parents
• Decisionable, reliable Personality with high empathy
• Conclusion for the respective Sickness picture
• readiness for shift, night and weekend service
