Cooperation and support in the technical team Approval procedures within the team Environmental protection and HSE and product safety Support in the implementation of display and approval procedures at all domestic sites of the Rheinmetall Waffen Ammunition GmbH in the legal areas Immissionsschutz-, Störfall-, Bau- und Wasserrecht, in particular in proceedings under the Federal Immissionsschutzgesetz (BImSchG) Coordination with the relevant approval, supervisory and technical authorities from the request conference to the successful conclusion of the procedure Cooperation or support in creating application documents Communication with the operator or Project promoters and external experts and experts Management, care and further development of our various environmental and energy-relevant legal and plant disasters After completion of the procedures, operational cooperation and support of plant operators in the implementation of environmentally relevant operator obligations and tasks in the abovementioned legal areas

Successfully completed study of environmental, natural or engineering sciences or comparable Professional experience in all areas of environmental and construction law as well as in environmentally relevant ad and approval procedures, in particular in proceedings under the Federal Immission Protection Act (BImSchG) Experience in the handling of approval and supervisory authorities and external experts and auditors Very good knowledge of German in word and writing with pronounced communication skills Good knowledge of MS-Office and the software EliA (Electronic Immission Protection Application) Ready for business trips Solution-oriented and pragmatic thinking taking account of economic aspects as well as self-initiative and team capacity
