For the department ''AIR SIGINT Embedded SW'' at the Ulm site, we are looking for a Software System Architect (m/d) The department is responsible for defining and developing complex software systems for airborne education. In the role of the 'Software System Architekten (w/m/d)' you are responsible for the definition and development and assist in the integration and acceptance of a software subsystem for airborne education systems. Here you will develop solutions with interdisciplinary team taking into account costs, quality and time.

Analysis of customer and system requirements incl. Transfer to technical concepts for embedded software solutions in the SIGINT area Creation of SW Use Cases for air-assisted SW clarification systems and derivation of software requirements to the components involved Creation and documentation of software architectures for distributed software systems including detailed definition of software interfaces Technical responsibility for implementing software subsystems and technical coordination of all necessary software engineering activities Practical support for technical analyses during integration, verification and testing phases Participation in customer workshops as part of development projects incl. Presentation of technical relationships Technical evaluation of make-or-buy decisions regarding software components Mentoring and coaching of software development teams

Complete study of news technology, computer science, electrical engineering, mathematics, physics or comparable Practical experience and sound knowledge as software developer and/or software architect, in particular distributed systems in challenging development projects Enforcement, responsibilities and motivation Analytical thinking and a high degree of readiness Experience in dealing with MatLab Experiences in DOORS and Rhapsody Architect Knowledge in Signals Intelligence (SIGINT) Flowing German and English skills
