Development and implementation of a regional sales strategy in the automotive sector Support and development of customer relationships with OEMs and Tier 1 suppliers Identification of new projects and market potentials and implementation of competitive analyses Creation of offers, presentations and negotiation of prices and contract conditions Ensuring high customer satisfaction through proactive care Close cooperation with internal departments such as design and project management Support for product launches and technical workshops Participation in trade fairs, special events and organization of customer days Regular customer visits and analysis of new sales channels

Completed commercial or technical training, ideally studying in business or engineering Found experience in project management or technical sales, preferably in the automotive sector Ideally knowledge in plastic processing context Experience in handling OEMs and Tier 1 customers German and English knowledge, other languages of advantage Intercultural competence and team skills in global structures Hands-on mentality, pragmatic and solution-oriented mode of operation High readiness for travel within Europe
