Administration & Configuration: You will ensure the technical availability of the system, along with maintenance and updates by the manufacturer and will be in close contact with our operating team. You design and coordinate the further development of the DMS infrastructure and keep the technical administration in mind – from system maintenance to lifting the automation potential. Service and support: You'll run 2nd-Level-Suport for DMS tickets and answer them efficiently and solution-oriented. Not only do you think in short-term solutions, but you recognize patterns, correct causes and optimierst sustainably. Optimization: In the team, you will shape the future of our DMS – from new features, performance improvements to migration to the cloud as a modern web application. Consulting & training: You are contact:in for our internal support team:inside and our users – competent, solution-oriented and understandable. You bring the necessary technical know-how to understand and help sustainably.

A completed study in the field of computer science or a similar subject or a completed IT training with first professional experience Practical experience in supporting a document management system desirable Experience with SER Doxis, knowledge of configuration with Doxis4 cubeDesigner or comparable tools Experience in working with relational databases (e.g. MS SQL, Oracle) and interfaces Communication strength, analytical thinking and service-oriented action
