You are the contact person of your agencies for the high-volume pension business, in this case you develop your agencies & support these needs-oriented and, in the case of consulting and selling pension products, especially against one-off contribution As a Consultant one-off contribution (m/w/d), you will be responsible for the quantitative and qualitative achievement of the target in a private way with your colleagues: in the sales promotion, you will also ensure the implementation of central and regional sales measures via distance media You develop the agencies in a sustainable manner through training measures and close accompaniment, even in the customer talk digitally and personally on site You support the agencies not only in advising reinstallation and expanding existing customers, but also in the use of potentials and lead conversion with the aim of new customer acquisition and up and cross-selling with existing customers For the agencies you carry out presence and digital events for exchange and know-how transfer If necessary, you can support the agencies in business incidents of precautions that are to be solved on site, digitally and personally on-site to accompany them in customer discussions
