Support the management of administrative and organisational tasks as well as general office organization, support of the telephone center and processing of correspondence. Creation and management of initial invoices, processing of orders and invoices in the ERP system as well as maintenance of master data, statistics, evaluations and commercial documents. Organisation of national and international transports including the creation of shipping, customs and export documents as well as communication with forwarding, customers and suppliers.

completed commercial training, for example as a merchant for office management, industrial businesswoman or a comparable qualification; Professional experience in a comparable position is advantageous. Safe handling of Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Word and Outlook, as well as experience with ERP systems, ideally AIDA. self-contained, structured and careful operation combined with organizational talent, reliability, discretion and a friendly, safe occurrence; good knowledge of German and English for international correspondence are of advantage.

35-hour week & 30 days of holiday: regulated working conditions according to IG Metall Tarif NRW and sufficient time for rest.
