Since 01.01.2021, the Federal Highway GmbH has been responsible for around 13,200 motorway kilometers as the operator of one of the largest and most diverse infrastructures. Each motorway kilometre has to be funded, planned and purchased at the desk, as well as supplied with personnel and accompanied legally. In order to support our team in the Trockau motorway championship, we are looking for you as an administrative employee (w/m/d).

Processing invoices and orders in SAP Capture of working hours and pay and performance data in SAP General organisational and administrative activities

Graduated vocational training in the administrative or commercial sector, preferably as an industrial businesswoman (w/m/d), a businesswoman (w/m/d) for office management, administrative (technical) employed or acquired by professional experience, equivalent suitability Professional experience in the field of public administration or business Good knowledge in ordering and accounting as well as in time recording in ERP systems (preferably SAP) Safe handling of Microsoft Office programs Very good German language skills in word and writing (min. level C1 to GER/CEFR) driving licence class B

At present, there is no post evaluation for the designated position. The necessary description shall be made as soon as an official assigned to the motorway GmbH by the FBA or an assigned official is engaged. Payment group: up to E8 The remuneration is up to the above mentioned group of charges. The individual determination of the fee level depends on the requirements of the MTV motorway.
