Senior Manager Facility Management Excellence (m/f/d)

We are looking for an experienced specialist (w/m/d) in facility management, which significantly promotes the structural, process and performance-related construction of our internal FM organization. The focus is on the development of scalable processes, clear responsibilities, uniform service standards and transparent control and performance structures. You work closely with operating teams such as house master services, technical services and crafts services and contribute to the sustainable professionalisation of our FM services. Your tasks Development and implementation of scalable FM processes (including master care services, technical services, maintenance, repairs, service requests, tests) Definition of clear interfaces, roles, responsibilities and escalation paths Building service standards, governance structures, reporting and regular performance reviews Development of a KPI and performance management framework to increase transparency, quality and efficiency Identification of operational weaknesses and derivation of practical improvement measures Introduction of structured working methods to further develop the internal FM organisation Close cooperation with operating teams to ensure the feasibility of daily business Support and further development of FM systems (e.g. CAFM/CMMS, Ticketing, Reporting) Driver:in for change to a structured, measurable and scalable FM organization

Multiannual experience in facility management, technical operation, real estate operation or comparable areas Funded understanding of operational FM services (house master services, maintenance, repairs, technical services) Experience in process design, performance management, governance or operational excellence Ability to work across areas and influence stakeholders without disciplinary leadership Embossed analytical and structured working methods and strong implementation competence Hands-on mentality with the ability to transfer concepts into practice Experience with KPIs, reporting, service levels and continuous improvement Advantageous knowledge of CAFM, CMMS or ticketing systems Very good knowledge of German and English
