Support and independent solution of IT-specific user requests to our Corporate IT Service Desk in Kempten Close cooperation with our IT departments for optimal solution finding for our users Daily communication with IT departments and employees from all over the world Structured documentation of support requests in compliance with defined processes and quality standards Working in an internationally operating IT Service Desk with high visibility in the company

Successfully completed training in the field of IT or a comparable qualification Joy of daily IT support in a varied environment as well as enthusiasm for cooperation with international teams and different disciplines Secure IT basic understanding in clients, network and M365 as well as ideally experience in support of common hardware and software solutions Impressed customer and service orientation as well as interest in diverse tasks and continuous development in new topics Good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
