Reservations Agent (m|w|d)

You will process the incoming reservations as well as the telephone and written requests of our overnight guests (focus when booking individual) You are responsible for the support and control of bookings in the reservation program (focus on group reservation) The processing of arrival, option and reservation control lists is just as important as the follow-up of options and cancellation deadlines You worked closely with the reception and the event department Our discerning guests are convinced by your expertise and your 'smiling' on the phone Your goal is the optimal quota management and the satisfaction of our guests and contractors

Ideally, you have a completed hotel or tourist training or have already gained experience in a comparable position, for example in the front office area. You have German and French language skills; English language skills are advantageous Preferably, you bring knowledge of the hotel software Oracle Suite 8 (Fidelio) or a comparable hotel reservation system and safely master the Microsoft Office package You have a sense of responsibility, are reliable and like to work in the team Your organizational skills as well as your structured and sales-oriented way of working characterize you You have a high level of readiness for services, have excellent ways of handling and a high level, binding and well-kept expression You are a hearty host and have fun dealing with an international group of guests
