Linux System Administrator (m/f/d)

Based on current Linux and open-source technologies, you will design the future of our IT infrastructure and the company's application operation with us in the IT team. In close cooperation with us and other teams, you unravel the Linux operating environments on campus and in our On-Prem data centers and spot your enthusiasm for open source software and automation. In agile mode of operation, you work independently and flexibly on our solutions. You can also inspire yourself especially well for new technologies. You are able to understand hard and software very well and constantly drive our IT environment forward. You also have a look at the topic of IT security.

You bring good experience in the operation of Linux-based IT systems and have training as a specialist informatics or specialist in system integration, a computer science degree or comparable training as a basis for your success. Very good knowledge of the IT core technologies around hardware, network design and implementation are your big plus. With Windows shots you can also score for IT integration. About IT you have good knowledge and you have first experiences in one or more of the following technologies: Proxmox, Samba, Ansible, pfSense, Nextcloud or Docker. You can deal well with people, are customer-oriented, think with and understand the different requirements of the specialist departments very well.
