Group Accountant / Controller (m/f/d)

As a successful applicant*in, you will take over both the overall process for Staff Accounting topics such as share-based remuneration (IFRS 2), bonus, pension obligations (IAS 19) and other staff provisions (IAS 37) under IFRS and HGB, as well as controlling specific tasks. This includes regular closing activities and the creation of control-relevant information related to budgets, actual costs, forecasts and corresponding deviation analyses.

Individual production of monthly, quarterly and annual accounts Processing of key issues under HGB and IFRS Contact person for external auditors and internal audits Key Account Function for the personnel costs of a board of directors Working with the creation of budget planning and regular forecasts Creation of deviation analyses for regular and ad-hoc reporting Constant improvement and automation of process processes Cooperation with projects (e.g. automation in the S4Hana or Success Factors environment) and cooperation with various international locations

Successfully completed training as an account holder or Bachelor degree in Accounting or Controlling At least 2-3 years of professional experience in accounting / controlling Experience in applying relevant accounting standards according to HGB and IFRS, especially IAS 19 Experience in the SAP ERP environment, especially S4 Hana and Success Factors Excellent Excel knowledge is a must Change mentality: claim to question and improve/automate existing processes High-motivated and targeted mode of operation High numerical affinity and strong analytical working style Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
