Dispatcher Charter | Freight Forwarding & Logistics (m/f/d)

You dispose of national and pan-European charters from economic, qualitative and customer-oriented points of view You monitor ongoing shipments (monitoring) and optimize routes, utilisation and transit times You process customer requests, create offers and communicate regularly with customers and service providers You acquire new customers and build existing business relationships You select charter partners and consider long-term cooperation with freight carriers You collect and process orders in the TMS and create all necessary transport documents You ensure that quality, safety and cost specifications are complied with You lead the correspondence in German and English You reliably unwind customs formalities

You have good market knowledge in transport and logistics You bring negotiation skills and a high load capacity You work organized and meet fast, sound decisions You stand up to customers and colleagues safely and professionally You have a completed commercial training in the field of forwarding and logistics management You bring first professional experience in disposition, ideally in the charter area You communicate safely in German and English and think entrepreneurship You work service-oriented, self-motivated and responsible You are a team-capable, integrity and you are structured and independent You have good geographic knowledge and go safely with MS Office
