Vivantes Service GmbH is responsible for supplying the clinical areas with capital goods as well as medical and non-medical goods and consumer goods. In the Purchasing business unit, you play a central role in the planning and implementation of public procurement procedures for services without a product reference – from demand clarification to awarding.

Independent planning and implementation of public procurement procedures in the upper and lower thresholds (GWB, VgV, UVgO, BerlAVG) with a focus on services structuring and control of the entire procurement process from demand clarification to awarding Procurement and commercial advice of demand providers on method, contract and accounting models as well as award criteria Market and supplier analyses, pooling of needs and identifying optimization potentials Contract controlling after the contract, including accompaniment of the performance phase and further development of product group and award strategies

Completed commercial training or relevant studies Multiannual experience in shopping, ideal in public environment Funded knowledge in procurement law (GWB, VgV, UVgO, ideally BerlAVG; VOB/A of advantage) Secure handling of MS Office and SAP-based purchasing processes (e.g. SAP MM) Analytical, Structured Operation, Enforcement and High Communication Strength Legally necessary evidence of immunization against measles
