In the team, we take care that over 200 rental levels in SAP are always up to date and we have a current comparison rental for 500,000 apartments. Together with our regional units we take over the implementation and application of rental levels. We also take care of portfolio integrations that transfer all essential data for rents and rental adjustments to our systems.

Your tasks sometimes look like this: You accompany the rental adjustment process for the complete Germany portfolio of Vonovia and act as a contact person:in our regional units As an interface between the Group headquarters and our regional units, you take the calculation, implementation and control of the rent calculation from Bochum In addition, the analysis and the structured preparation of your results are an important part of your work. Based on your analyses, processes are reworked/adapted and you will thus directly influence the performance of our group. You have the opportunity to introduce your ideas in the development of action concepts and processes related to comparison rentals and rental levels
