The SOS-Kinderdorf e.V. is a renowned aid organisation and a free, non-profit institution of child and youth assistance with 38 facilities throughout the federal territory and around 5,200 employees.

The SOS village of Hohenroth in Gemünden am Main is a 'place to life' for currently 160 adult people with cognitive impairment. The facility offers housing in family-organised households and employment in 14 working areas. In our newly built 'centre', there are 24 places available for residents with increased help.

As a group management in the dairy sector, you assume the technical and organizational responsibility for a diverse production area. You create a structured working day, in which the quality, cost-effectiveness and individual promotion of employees are equally at the centre. You plan, coordinate and control all operations taking into account the budget requirements and the SOS quality standards applicable to the work area. In this context, you will ensure that the objectives for the integration of employees laid down in the framework of assistance planning are implemented reliably. You take over the production of various organic dairy products such as drinking milk, yogurt, fresh cheese preparations, layer cheese and Camembert. In addition, you are responsible for quality assurance, in particular by carefully monitoring the milk delivered. You ensure the permanent functioning and maintenance of the production facilities used. With your professional know-how, you drive the further development of the products and develop marketing concepts. In doing so, you will consistently pay attention to compliance with all legal requirements for work in your group. In addition, ensure the conscientious implementation of child protection and care protection.

You have a special pedagogical qualification for skilled workers to promote work and work in workshops for disabled people or comparable training. With your very good technical understanding and craftsmanship, you will ideally bring a completed training as a dairy specialist. Ideally, you have already gained experience in working with people with disabilities and can contribute this knowledge in a targeted manner. You are flexible in your working time design and willing to accept weekend services as well as occasional activities on holidays if necessary.
