Management, strategic orientation and continuous development of the decentralized project management office (PMO) in the overall infrastructure services business holistic planning, control and successful implementation of strategic projects for the overall business management at the Heidelberg and Mannheim locations as well as across locations in the network Analysis, conception and sustainable optimization of cross-clinic and cross-division processes including the implementation of infrastructural operational organisational planning and the introduction of innovative processes and modern technologies Creating sound economic analysis, calculations and resource planning in the context of change and transformation management Professional leadership, coordination and motivation of interdisciplinary project teams as well as management of external service providers and partners Conception and implementation of future-oriented digitalization strategies as well as active driving of innovations in the entire business area

Successfully completed Master's degree in Business Administration, Health Economics or Similar Multiannual experience in the hospital environment, ideally in a leading project or PMO function Deep understanding of clinical processes and infrastructure services Proven expertise in project and change management, welcomes the addition of experience in operational organisation planning Leadership competence as well as strong ability to manage interdisciplinary teams and relevant stakeholders Sovereign handling of common project management tools and MS Office Strategic-analytical thinking, high self-initiative and sense of responsibility Communication strength, empathy and loadability in a dynamic environment
