At the headquarters of Excelitas Noblelight GmbH in Kleinostheim, key positions in the fields of administration, research & development, engineering, sales, customer service, marketing and controlling as well as other administrative functions are occupied. Infrared radiators for industrial process technology are produced at the Kleinostheim site, in particular for heat treatment and drying in a variety of industries such as automotive, coating, plastic, textile, food, printing and glass. In addition, this site is home to a modern application competence center where practical tests are carried out with customer materials and laboratory simulations of specific processes to determine the optimal process solution.

You work in the monthly closing, rolling forecast and budget planning. You are commercial contact persons for individual production areas, as well as conducting Ad Hoc analyses to support the specialist areas in decision making. You prepare the monthly Operations Review. You are responsible for performing nominal/actual comparisons and deviation analyses, e.g. cost center deviations and production deviations. You will also conduct cost-benefit analyses for planned projects and investments. In addition, you take on further tasks in the financial environment, such as support in weekly liquidity planning, monthly data collections or consolidated financial statements according to US GAAP. You are involved in the further development of existing controlling tools.

Complete BWL degree with focus on controlling / finance and at least 3 years of professional experience in controlling ideally in an internationally producing company Safe handling of current IT applications in financial and accounting, especially MS Office and SAP Structured and result-oriented mode of operation and a high degree of self-initiative Teamability, proactivity and self-responsibility Self-employed and conscientious working High analytical thinking Flexibility to quickly adjust to changing priorities High load capacity (especially work under time pressure) Knowledge of German and English in Word and Writing
