Customer Service OEM Clerk (m/f/d)

• Self-supporting national/international customers in customer service

• Processing of customer requests, creation of offers and promotional tracking

• Processing of customer orders incl. Date tracking up to billing

• Implementation of order and logistics optimizations in cooperation with our customers

• Processing of complaints and returns

• Creation of analyses in SAP Business Warehouse (e.g. sales analyses, delivery performance)

• Telephonic customer advice and support as well as guidance in German and English

• Processing of other sales topics (e.g. clarification of payment differences, provision of data such as certificates, 3D data etc.)

• Graduated commercial vocational training, preferably to the industrial businessman (m/w/d)

• Multiannual relevant professional experience in commercial material processing, ideally in the sales service

• Very good English skills in word and writing, other foreign language skills are advantageous

• Good knowledge of MS Office programs, ideally knowledge of SAP R/3, CRM, SAP Business Warehouse

• Self-employed and structured work
