Completion in food or beverage technology or a comparable qualification Professional experience ideally in product development, preferably in the food/beverage industry Experience in leadership and motivation of employees Focus on coaching and bringing people to the next level High adaptability in a rapidly changing environment Ability to think and act globally Open to new challenges and agile work Passion for continuous improvement and customer satisfaction Excellent communication and interpersonal skills High social competence, service orientation and strong communication skills Very good German and good English skills
