The program starts on 01. July 2026 During your 14-month trainee program, you work on exciting projects in Germany and abroad, tailored to your profile and career goals A top-level mentor accompanies you throughout the program, provides orientation for your professional development and helps you build a strong network for your future career You participate in our training camps where you reflect your strengths and unfold your full potential You bring your pioneering spirit into current business projects: we combine your perspective and your ideas with our innovative product development to create the most desirable cars in the world. As a trainee in the area of Data & Process Intelligence, the work is done at the interface of process analysis, product development and IT. The aim is to make product and process data available along the entire value chain – consistent, transparent and at the right time. Through seamless data flows, teams are supported to make informed decisions and reduce inefficiencies. The task area includes the analysis of planning and development processes in order to understand how information is generated, processed and used. Vulnerabilities are identified, solutions are developed and implementation concepts are created with clear cost-benefit analyses. The practical implementation of these concepts and the active development of improvements with measurable added value are then carried out. Close cooperation with research & development, IT and international teams is essential to meet data requirements and ensure global integration. From the clarification of responsibilities to the cross-site coordination of tasks, a contribution is made to the establishment of a uniform and future-proof data landscape. The combination of business requirements and technical understanding takes on a key role in supporting teams, improving quality and strengthening the company's digital backbone.

Above-average university degree (Master, MBA or PhD) in data science, engineering, information technology, business informatics or a comparable degree course

Maximum 3 years of professional experience (without periods of study)

At least 3 months of experience abroad (study, international internship, work & travel)

Impressed affinity for digital technologies and enthusiasm for future trends

Outstanding sense of responsibility and a strong social commitment

Very good knowledge of English (C1) and good knowledge of German (B2)

High motivation to actively shape the transformation at Mercedes-Benz and take responsibility

Embossed communication and social competence combined with excellent analytical skills

Impressed team skills and the ability to motivate others and achieve goals together
