In order for moneo to function smoothly, we have a team of 11 colleagues, which ensures the connection and operation of our applications in IT support and in system administration. In addition, we support our customers in the installation, maintenance and optimization of their IIoT solutions, whether on-prem or in the cloud. Take the following tasks: Supporting our international internal and external customers, in German and English Analysis of errors in the operation of IIoT solutions using common AI tools, e.g. cloud connections and functions within our cloud solutions AI-based classification and qualification of incoming requests, monitoring reports and tickets MQTT queries and API Calls (in particular JSON formats) Creating meaningful documentation as well as instructions for the internal team to quickly assess and correct errors Support for the introduction of new employees and active knowledge transfer in the team
