As a HR Manager (m/w/d), you create transparency about personnel costs, budgets and services, provide sound decision-making for executives and actively contribute to a reliable corporate management. You plan, control and monitor the material and personnel costs and analyze deviations including their explanation You create evaluations and regular reporting on personal business issues from SAP HCM and FI/CO You book HR provisions within the framework of quarterly and annual accounts and actively support the financial statements process You are responsible for internal and external performance accounting including price and quantity calculations and liquidity planning You supervise auditors, provide relevant evaluations and documents and act as an interface for financial-mathematical opinions You are responsible for the internal control system (IKS) in the personnel sector and are driving forward the continuous development of the personal control system

Complete Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a focus on controlling or a comparable qualification Long-term professional experience in controlling, ideally in the personal or service environment Knowledge of personnel controlling, cost and performance accounting, budgeting and accounting Experience with HR systems such as SAP HCM, SAP FI/CO and SAP BW, knowledge in Microsoft Power BI of advantage Analytical and conceptual know-how as well as numerical affinity and a structured, solution-oriented manner Embossed communication capability and safe occurrence in exchange with executives and internal interfaces
