Responsibility for the execution of the monthly pay bill for a defined group of employees in a timely and quality-oriented manner Maintenance of master and movement data in the accounting and time recording system (SAP) Creating personal documents (contracts, certificates, etc.) Administrative support in regular correspondence with in- and external bodies Monthly evaluations and reporting of personal key figures Organisation and coordination of training and training Cooperation in the development of HR processes and the implementation of HR projects

Your qualification

Completed commercial training with tax or personal economic background or comparable qualification Multiannual experience in pay billing and/or in the personnel sector Professional knowledge of pay tax and social security law Very good SAP knowledge Safe handling of MS Office Careful and structured operation Teamability, communication skills and joy in actively shaping processes
