Wine Technologist Training 2026 (m/f/d)

Our VDP.Weingut Reichsgraf von Kesselstatt is one of the most traditional wineries in Germany. We cultivate 50 hectares of vineyards on Mosel, Saar and Ruwer and produce an exceptional range of Rieslingen from 15 VDP.GROSSEN LAGEN®, as well as a small selection of wines from Burgundy varieties. We are looking for an apprentice (m/w/d) to start training 01.08.2026

You serve and care our cellar machines with technical skills You take fresh grapes and keep them carefully You monitor and tax alcoholic fermentation You conduct stabilisation and treatment You get to know all common wine filters and use various filtration procedures professionally You take our bottled wines from You support storage and commissioning with overview You work in our own wine laboratory and are involved in the monitoring and quality control of the filling

You have a good, recognized school degree You bring high engagement and are ready to learn You are already interested in biological and chemical processes You've already discovered the passion for wine for you
