In your area of responsibility, you coordinate all tasks relating to the life cycle of our water donors. Your main goal is to keep customer satisfaction at the highest level and to consistently maintain our quality standards.

You take over the installation and commissioning of BRITA Vivreau water dispensers on site at our customers: Regular maintenance, including disinfection and filter change of the water dispensers, are part of your daily task portfolio Service and repair work will be done by you to ensure the high quality standards of our customers: You are responsible for the maintenance of your service vehicle and take over the efficient disposition of spare parts An important task is to instruct the customers in the operation of the device technology and to prepare detailed service reports. Close coordination and cooperation with the service service and the sales organization are essential to ensure a smooth process
