About us The trade association Holz und Metall (BGHM) is one of the largest providers of statutory accident insurance in Germany. We take over insurance cover for around 5 million insured persons in more than 248,000 companies in both industries. Central real estate management is responsible for cross-site and cross-sectoral tasks. This includes property management with rental processes, operating expenses and additional area management, energy purchase and tenders.

As a specialist/in property management, you will be responsible for the BGHM rental and property areas. You support new and renting of residential and commercial areas. You will also conduct visits, acceptances and handovers of areas. You prepare leases, create and check additional cost bills and accompany the real estate management and sale. In addition, create various reports, calculations and presentations.

Completed university degree (Bachelor, FH Diploma) of the Department of Real Estate Management, BWL/Economics with a focus on real estate or comparable discipline Good knowledge of rental law Good oral and written expressability Self-employed, reliable and analytical methods Ready for occasional project-related missions
