Completion of supplier frame and measuring point contracts, maintenance of communication data as well as signatures and encryption certificates in electronic market data exchange via EDIFACT Timely implementation of network usage declarations and declarations, batch maintenance in the energy accounting system and customer communication Processing of clearing cases, testing and replying to incoming, non-identifiable electronic messages and intensive clarification of rejected network usage applications Telephone and written response to market partner requests regarding various change processes Continuous review of data quality using standard searches and cleaning of internal data slates

Completed commercial vocational training or comparable qualification with relevant professional experience Safe handling of MS Office Experience in the Wilken System Basic knowledge of energy Problem solving competence Rapid opinion Contactability and communication strength Precise and Structured Procedure Very good knowledge of German in word and writing
