As a Junior Category Manager, you work in the heart of our app - you immerse yourself in data, negotiate with suppliers and shape the product range that gives our customers a smile on the face. It's waiting for you Market understanding: You develop a deep understanding of your category - based on internal data, customer feedback and market trends. Data-based purchasing decisions: Analyze customer behavior, sales trends and price data to select the best products and implement innovative product ideas. Process management: You process operational and administrative tasks in the daily business, such as testing products and related data sheets. Supplier Contact: You prepare conversations, accompany negotiations and learn how to build successful partnerships. Data analysis: You are generating data, identifying patterns and taking concrete measures to optimize them.

Master's degree (MSc) ideally in an economic or analytical field First practical experience in a commercial, analytical or product-oriented role in the FMCG or retail environment - including internships and student activities Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills, both as well as a pronounced analytical ability and a good sense of complex relationships A strong capacity for self-organisation and self-responsibility work Very pronounced communication strength in interaction with colleagues, partners and suppliers High willingness to learn and the ability to get involved in new topics quickly Flowing German and English skills willingness to work four to five days a week at the local office
