In the first few weeks you will learn about the company, your fellow trainees and the training team. Your 8-month basic technical training in Lübeck prepares you optimally for your use with the customer. The vocational school takes place in Kiel (block lessons), where you even get accommodation. You will then work at our construction sites in the Hanover region. You are a lot on the go and gain valuable experiences while we always support you.
