Machine operator (m/f/d)

For one of our well-known customer companies, we are now looking for a full-time machine and plant operator (m/w/d), also for direct personnel placement.

Your tasks:

• Plant operation: setup, control and monitoring of modern machines and plants in the ongoing production process.
• Quality control: regular testing to ensure product quality and to initiate appropriate measures in the event of deviations.
• Material preparation: preparation, feeding and post-processing of materials according to production specifications.
• Maintenance and maintenance: participation in smaller maintenance and cleaning work to ensure machine availability.

They bring with them:

• Qualification: completed two-year training, e.g. as a machine and plant manager or specialist for metal technology (m/w/d); Cross entry with relevant experience is also possible.
• Technical understanding: basic knowledge of the handling of production facilities and a secure understanding of technical processes.
• Operation: Careful, structured and reliable operation; Team engagement.
• shift readiness: readiness to work in shift operation (e.g. 2- or 3-layer system).
