a completed assignment-related university degree in the field of electrical engineering, industrial engineering or a comparable field First experience in leading a team and several years of professional experience in the energy industry, technical know-how in terms of production facilities and a pronounced customer orientation Experiences in process analysis, optimization and development an empathic leadership style at eye level and commitment to continuously develop the team against the background of constant changes open and esteemed communication, initiative, team capacity and the ability to work together across themes Plus no need: Experience in using Power BI
