For our customers Voith Turbo in Crailsheim, that is located between Schwäbisch Hall and Ansbach, one of the world's leading providers of innovative drive systems, we are looking for a HR Generalist / HR Business Partner (m/w/d) with takeover option. The place is to be occupied in parttime with about 29 hours per week. There is also the possibility of a 4-day week.

Around 1,200 employees are employed at the Crailsheim site and are working on state-of-the-art technologies for hydraulic, transmission and clutch systems. The focus is on the development and production of hydrodynamic drive components, high-performance transmissions and clutches used in areas such as railway and commercial vehicle technology, marine and the energy and raw materials industry.

Advising employees and executives in basic personal questions and support in collective bargaining, labour and business constitutional matters Independent processing of all administrative HR processes along the Employee Life Cycle, including personal data management, contract creation, certificates, and communication with social security institutions Applicant Management: Visualization and preselection of documents, coordination of interviews, communication with applicants, creation of contracts and onboarding Recruitment of specialists and managers as well as independent control of the entire selection process Care and administration of personal master files, time recording, mistime and absence management, interface to external service providers Creation of reports, statistics and evaluations to support HR work Trustful cooperation with the works council

Senior Account Manager (m/w/d), Senior Account Manager (m/w/d) Multiannual professional experience in HR administration or expertise, ideally in a collective enterprise Very good knowledge of employment, collective bargaining and social security law (ERA collective agreement) Structured, reliable and independent working and pleasure in administrative tasks Communication strength, service orientation and ability to build trusting relationships Good English Knowledge of Word and Writing Good MS Office knowledge (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), SAP knowledge would be desirable Willingness and motivation to develop in the role of HR Business Partner Ready for service trips up to 10% within Germany (Sachsen, Bavaria) There is possibility of a 4 day week
