We are looking for a project manager / project manager (m/w/d) in full time for support at the company headquarters in Flensburg.

Independent planning, coordination and implementation of strategic, cross-departmental projects and special tasks on behalf of the Executive Board Creation of project and timetables, definition of milestones and identification of critical paths Cost estimation and target planning as well as budget control Responsibility for smooth and timely project implementation Regular reporting, progress development, monitoring and success control Preparation, initiation and moderation of decision-making processes, in particular for different interests decrease and control of project results and ensure target and budget achievement

Studies in Economics, Business Informatics, Industrial Engineering or Comparative Qualification At least first professional experience in a comparable function Solid expertise in project management and/or process management Strong analytical and conceptual skills Address-oriented appearance and communication strength at different levels Organizational designer, presentation security and moderation strength High problem-solving competence and negotiation skills High IT affinity
