Your duties Team management: You control, plan and coordinate the operations of your cleaning teams in various objects in the Duisburg area Quality management: ensuring and documentation of the contractually agreed services, as well as regular quality controls Budget Responsibility: Monitoring and compliance with budget requirements and introducing entrepreneurial ideas Customer support: Care and development of customer relationships, e.g. by extending the scope of services Process optimization: Analysis and improvement of daily workflows You strengthen our team of WISAG Building Cleaning Northwest Nord GmbH & Co. KG in the Essen area. Experience in building cleaning or facility management – ideally as a tested object manager Experience in leadership of teams and knowledge in deployment planning Basic technical and commercial understanding – PC identifiers (MS Office) and number affinity A customer-oriented, pragmatic and empirical method Car driver license is mandatory
