Caretaker (m/f/d)

We plan, build and maintain demanding buildings, engineering buildings and transport facilities for the Federal Republic of Germany and the Free State of Bavaria.

To strengthen our department administration we are looking for

Projektmanager (m/w/d)

• Control, maintenance and maintenance of the building and technical installations
• Control of craft services in order work
• Monitoring of building cleaning
• Implementation of small repairs and maintenance work
• Participation in the award of smaller contracts (in particular self-sufficiency)
• Functional tests including logging
• Transport, installation and disposal of equipment, furniture and files
• Handling of messengers
• Participation in the maintenance of service cars and service bikes
• Participation in the registrature
• Coordination and assignment of external services
• Suspension of the service building (possibly also on weekends)
• Winter service

We expect:

• Completed vocational training in a relevant craft occupation with a duration of three years (e.g. electricians [m/w/d], carpenters [m/w/d] or comparable)
• Craft skills and ideally professional experience in the operation and maintenance of buildings
• Physical loadability, mobility and ability to lift and carry larger weights
• Flexibility and readiness for early working hours (from 06:00)
• Class B licence
• Very good German knowledge (at least B2)
• Dedicated computer skills and readiness to be incorporated into internal computerised systems
• Teamability, own initiative and customer-friendly and service-oriented appearance
