Commercial Compliance Specialist (m/f/d)

You control and monitor the compliance of IT contracts, licensing models and supplier relationships and keep in mind relevant deadlines, obligations and risks. IT contracts and agreements are examined in particular with regard to SLAs, contract processing contracts (AVVs), security requirements, contractual risks and regulatory requirements. You ensure compliance with NIS2, KRITIS, B3S GKV and GDPR in the contractual and license context. For revision, BAS and external auditors, you maintain audit-proof contract documents, documentation and evidence. You analyze license models, determine the license requirement and ensure a transparent and economic license compliance. Suppliers evaluate you with regard to safety, stability, economy and regulatory requirements and support the continuous development of supplier relationships. You support tenders, procurement procedures and cost-effectiveness checks and participate in the evaluation and selection of suitable IT service providers.

You have completed IT or commercial training or a comparable qualification (m⁠/⁠w⁠/⁠d) and ideally bring practical experience in licensing and contract management. You know the audit and control of IT contracts, SLAs, runtimes and costs and are safe to handle license models and compliance requirements. A good understanding of IT processes, procurement, budgeting, and service provider control is what distinguishes you. You work structured, detailed and reliable and document decisions, risks and proofs that can be traced and audited. Ideally, you have knowledge of KRITIS/NIS2 regulatory, contract law and cost and KPI analyses. You have a service, quality and cost-conscious action.
