Capture and coordinate incoming orders for articles and decorative material as well as appointment and editing of changes Control and planning of deliveries for distributors Own-responsible release and allocation of orders after verification of the availability of goods Examination of payment terms (e.g. advance payment, accreditation) Planning and booking of containers as well as coordination with freight forwarders, courier services and customer routers Creation of all necessary export and customs documents (e.g. proforma invoice) Ensuring compliance with international import regulations and providing necessary requirements (labelling, security certificates, inspections) Examination of freight charges, standing allowances and other charges SAP activities (installation of new customers and maintenance of customer master files, maintenance of customer rebates, play-in and update of price lists, installation and updating of start dates for new products) Processing of complaints settlement of returns and misuses Processing and coordination of samples Internal and external correspondence in English as well as coordination with relevant interfaces for implementing market and customer requirements Regular two-week updates to achieve budget and sales forum goals

Completed commercial training, ideally with experience in the supply or logistics environment At least three years of relevant professional experience Embossed self-organisation and structured working Very good MS‐Office knowledge and practical experience with SAP Secure communication skills in German and English; ideally knowledge of another foreign language (French or Spanish) High customer orientation and intercultural competence in dealing with international contacts
