Technical project management: You are responsible for and planning large modernization projects, refurbishments and extensions as well as increases in housing stock Building contractor: You support the selection of the planners involved in the project:inside and accompany the process of the respective performance phases 2 - 7 in your function Project management: Taking into account the quartering strategy, you will accompany the start of the projects from a technical point of view – from basic and cost-determining to supply creation and testing to the lack of final acceptance and takeover into management Quality assurance: During the construction process, you are responsible for quality assurance and/or quality control, which also includes analysis and optimization of climate-relevant data and ensuring compliance with climate targets.

You have a degree in civil engineering or architecture, as an alternative a completed training in the real estate industry with a technical focus and corresponding additional qualifications You are communicative, targeted and have a good eye for the holistic development of housing stocks You combine technical know-how with business relationships and work with passion in your area An energetic certification is desirable – but can also be done through us You have knowledge of SAP and Microsoft Office application systems You are interested in the climate-relevant developments and challenges of our time and understand this as a social task with the possibility of self-realisation
