Production plans (m/f/d)

Are you a production planner and bring knowledge with the common production planning tools? Then you will be production planner /process planner (m/w/d) at our client. We work as an exclusive partner of Miltenyi Biotec B.V. & Co. KG at the site in Bielefeld, an internationally established, successful biotechnology and biomedicine company that has made the fight against cancer the goal. The position shall be set at the next possible time in the course of business growth as part of a direct recruitment.

Planning of production concepts and definition of production, logistics and quality requirements Evaluation and selection of appropriate production methods to meet design requirements Working with the assembly structure for cost-effective and production-oriented production Support in the construction of Design Verification Samples and optimization of production processes Creation of instructions for production, calibration and testing of components Training of production personnel and ensuring the cost-effectiveness of processes Planning and design of workplace systems and production layouts taking into account safety and logistics requirements Implementation of ERP master data, in particular material strains and piece lists Implementation of process verifications and validations for quality assurance Identification of Improvement Potentials and Implementation of Lean Projects for Process Optimization

Successfully completed engineering studies, a degree as a mechanical engineer or a comparable qualification Relevant professional experience in production and/or manufacturing technology Experience found in the series production of mechatronic systems of advantage Experience in production planning, process optimization and application of common methods in production planning (LEAN, Six Sigma, KAIZEN, REFA, FMEA,TPM) Knowledge of the application of ERP systems (ideally SAP) Analytical thinking, organizational talent and team skills Communication strength and enforcement capacity
