Completed studies in business, computer science or a related area Multiannual experience as Agile Coach or in a comparable role Very good IT and, in particular, cloud skills in the insurance industry, Group experience Knowledge of systemic approaches, lean management and agile methods (e.g. Scrum, Kanban) Experience in the collection and analysis of metrics for process optimization Certifications in agile methods (including SAFe) are of advantage Excellent communication and moderation capabilities as well as the ability to actively shape and convince stakeholders High flexibility, travel and ability to work in a dynamic environment Very good knowledge of German and English (min.
