Become part of our dedicated team as Engineer Production Planning and Control (all genders) Our bodies are indefinite in principle, but the occupation is first terminated for one year. Production planning and control (VSM) takes over the planning and control of the engines from goods to goods outlets. For each engine, we plan the stations in the shop and arrange milestones, such as the load on the engine and the assembly date. The VSM is a major part of the responsibility for achieving the main engine sizes – volume, engine throughput in the shop (TAT) and delivery according to customer requirements (OTD).

Ensuring timely production planning due to the known needs and forecasts of the customers and the available production capacity Planning, control and monitoring of the value chain in the area of engine repair, in particular with regard to KPIs TAT, WIP and throughput Coordination of load and construction in close consultation with sales / customer service, logistics and operations based on production requirements and customer requirements Self-responsibility and coordination of measures to optimise the flow with the departments concerned Moderation of control meetings Analysis of complex volumes of data, preparation of production data and derivation of process-relevant relationships, and preparation of decision-making templates and recommendations for action for cross-cutting and/or location-crossing departments and managers Design, alignment and further development of our standards, processes and tools, as well as driving the use of new technologies and solutions in the field of VSM Management of projects or independent cooperation in projects for continuous process optimization and improvement of results at the site

Graduate in engineering, economic engineering, economic engineering, economic information and economics, ideally focusing on logistics or production management Included professional experience in a consultancy or industrial company focusing on production planning, project management and/or process optimization Very good SAP and MS Office skills Knowledge of how to use data banks (SQL) and BI tools such as Knime and Tableau Current knowledge of English and German Empathic, high-communication personality with fun in interdisciplinary work and solving complex issues High organizational and implementation capacity
