You will also participate in the following tasks: Support the development of the ZEISS Sustainability Programme, centrally and in cooperation with the strategic business units

Participate in sustainability reporting according to the relevant frameworks such as CSRD, EU Taxonomy, LKSG and CSDDD as well as the climate strategy according to SBTi

Prepare research and analysis on current sustainability topics

Data searches and, where appropriate, Perform data modelling

Support the Sustainability Team for corporate ratings in particular CDP and EcoVadis

Current studies in the field of sustainability management, environmental sciences, economics, engineering, corporate management or a comparable subject with reference to sustainability

First experiences or active interest in entrepreneurial sustainability and sustainability strategy

A structured, reliable and targeted way of working and excellent communication skills

Good knowledge of German and English in word and writing

Good knowledge of MS Office especially Excel & Power Point
