Developing a qualification strategy for checking the functionality of a new EUV beam structure

Create test requirements for the EUV beam structure for the qualification of micromirror modules

regular participation in suburban terminals for coordination with project partner ASML and the supplier for EUV beam setup

completed study (master) of chemistry, physics or as an engineer with very good chemistry skills, doctoral studies or professional experience

Experience with the management of development projects to build vacuum systems

very good knowledge in the field of vacuum and ultra-high vacuum technology as well as knowledge of lithography systems and their use

very good expertise in surface chemistry and physics

Ability to coordinate and motivate interdisciplinary teams, as well as a high level of commitment and willingness to perform

knowledge of German and English
