As a working student (w|m|d) in Service Support, you support our complaint area in the processing and solution of customer concerns. You accompany different complaint scenarios – from machine faults to invoice complaints to product and delivery complaints. You work closely with internal departments and external service providers and help us to record, clarify and solve customer concerns in a structured manner. Your tasks include: Recording of customer concerns and complaints clarification, solution and further processing of customer requests Assessment and classification of complaint cases Close cooperation with internal interfaces (e.g. operations, service, logistics, finance) Processing, maintenance and documentation of complaint-related data Participation in process analysis and derivation of optimization potentials

For the role of the student (w|m|d) in service support, you should bring: Current studies in the field of BWL, economics or comparable First experience in customer service, complaint management or alternatively in the audit / financial environment Very good knowledge of German in word and writing Embossed customer-oriented attitude and friendly appearance Ability to record customer requests structured, to clarify and further work Structured, careful and reliable operation Teamability and clear and value-adding communication Ideally first knowledge in SAP or other ERP systems (no need)
