Senior Consultant (m/w/d)

Keferloh 13, 85630 Munich-Grasbrunn You are responsible for sending the tender, negotiation and awarding of contractors' services and materials, including commercial tender evaluation You independently conduct contract and price negotiations You analyze the procurement market, identify new contractors and consider existing business relationships You encourage entrepreneurs for our projects You develop purchasing strategies and optimize procurement processes

You have a completed commercial or technical study or a comparable training You know well in the construction industry and have already gained professional experience in purchasing You have a competent appearance, negotiation skills, team skills and communication and enforcement strength You have fun in negotiations on construction sites, in offices or with our subcontractors
