Team Lead Accounting in a high-growth IT company (m/f/d)

You take the technical (and disciplinary) control of a small, motivated accounting team and develop new standards in accounting together with the CFO and your colleague. In doing so, you set up individual monthly, quarterly and annual accounts according to HGB – also in perspective for several companies and as internal:r Contact:in for consolidation topics For correct bookings in the area of stocks, delimitations or down payment processes, check business incidents for their balance sheet effects and ensure a clean degree In addition, you are responsible for all messages (UVA, statistical message, ZM, ...) You have several years of experience in accounting according to HGB – optimally in the production environment or in trade Continuing training on the account holder:in or an economic study is an advantage – but your know-how is crucial, not your title You want to take on more responsibility and find yourself in a role in which you work both surgically and as a central contact person:in your team You have the pleasure of configuring topics, rethinking processes and building a modern accounting structure together with others IT affinity should be in the role of course for you – experience with an ERP system Communication is not a foreign word for you – you speak fluent German and can also communicate in English in the international environment You are structured, responsible and like to work in an environment with flat hierarchies, short decision paths and hands-on mentality
